Welcome to Dryland Farms! Home of Surprise, the 2006 Weld County Fair Grand Champion Breeding Meat Goat!
Dryland Farms, LLC is owned and operated by Bart and Candy Pruett. Located just outside the little town of Nunn, Colorado, Dryland is setting it's sites on breeding and producing quality Boer meat goats for seed stock and commercial needs.
On October 7th we travelled to Lexington, NE for the 4S Goat Expo. Much was learned in the seminars on Saturday, thanks to Mel Uphoff and everyone involved for putting on a great show!
Surprise placed 4th out of 10 animals in her class, not as well as we had hoped, but still respectable.
We purchased two does at the auction on Sunday, and are proud to have Helus Market Goats and Pin Oak Farms genetics in our program now! Look for their pictures soon!
